Responsibility in our supply chain

The DGUV assumes responsibility within its own business area and within its supply chain for the fulfillment of human rights and environmental due diligence obligations. Our risk management includes a complaints procedure in accordance with the requirements of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

This is the AdvoWhistle digital complaints portal for the DGUV. As a customer, employee, business partner or third party, you can confidentially submit information here about human rights and environmental risks or breaches of duty in our business area or supply chain - stating your name or completely anonymously.

We would like to point out that the DGUV is not responsible for the supervision of companies or business premises. If you become aware of violations of accident prevention regulations, abuses in the area of occupational safety or other violations relating to human rights and environmental protection in a company or operating site, for example, we recommend that you contact the company or the responsible employers' liability insurance association directly. In the event that your awareness is directly related to a supply relationship with the DGUV, please use this reporting portal.
